Welcome to Social Concerns

Our Team is concerned with touching the community with love. We: 

  • Conduct a quarterly Blood Drive.
  • Do a Potranco Road Cleanup quarterly through TXDOT.
  • Support CAM (Christian Assistance Ministry) with our finances and in kind donations.
  • Support SAMMinistries with financial and in kind donations.
  • Sponsor Crop Walk within our congregation and community.
  • Donate lap robes and books to area nursing homes and shut ins.
  • Support the San Antonio Food Bank.
  • Provide bereavement services to AGLC families.
  • Provide Angel Food to local families.
  • Update members of the AGLC community on matters of national and global social impact.

Donations can be dropped off at AMAZING GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 12525 Potranco Road, San Antonio, Texas 78253, during normal office hours (Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
