NUTRITION ON A BUDGET classes will be offered at Amazing Grace on the first Thursday of the month, starting February 5, and taught by Cecilia Fetty, a trained chef. Personal Cooking meets 1-3 p.m., and Cooking for Families meets 6-8 p.m. RSVPs with the church office are appreciated. These classes are made possible, in part, through a grant from Wheat Ridge Ministries, (www.wheatridge.org), which is an independent Lutheran charitable organization that provides support for new church-related health and hope ministries.

Come for an intergenerational time of celebration and merriment before beginning the penitential season of Lent. Games, food, fun.
Ash Wednesday 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 25
Remember that you are dust and to dust you shall return. Begin Lent with this reflective worship.
Lenten Wednesdays 7:30 p.m. March 4,11,18,25, April 1 Midweek Lenten services will be an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and togetherness using Holden Evening Prayer, a beautifully contemplative worship setting. Amazing Grace’s Confirmation youth will play major leadership roles. The theme will be Holy Lent, Holy Land, Holy People.
Palm Sunday 8:30, 11:00; 5:30 (Sat); April 4/5 At regular weekend worship, we remember Jesus’ triumphant arrival into Jerusalem.
THE THREE DAYS
Maundy Thursday 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 9 Amazing Grace children will receive First Communion during this service in which we remember Jesus’ commandment to love others.
Good Friday 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 10 We remember Jesus’ death in this service.
Vigil of Easter 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 11 This is the night! Easter Vigil is the culminating day of the entire Church year. It’s a multisensory service complete with fire, candles, remembrance of baptism, stories, skits, and Holy Communion.
